Drills and Lessons
On The Rise has a variety of drills for players of different tennis levels, abilities and goals. During our drills, we focus on teaching players the OTR playing system. We teach players to construct points where they use their strength to attack an opponent's weakness. We teach our players to use our on-court system that helps minimize decision making during the point. Below are the different classes that we offer at On The Rise.
Eagles

High Risers
(Green Dot Group)
The High Risers, On The Rise's green dot tennis program is designed for players between the ages of 9 to 12. Players in this program are encouraged to compete in USTA tournaments to further develop their tennis skills they have acquired from our group drills. It is also important for players to get use to playing in tournaments due to the competition and pressure situations that arise from playing a real match.
The first goal for players in this program is to develop their technical fundamentals. It is important for players to have good technique as it will not only improve their tennis abilities, but it will help prevent them from common tennis injuries.
At the end of every drill in the High Risers program, we spend time having the players compete in point play situations. It is vital for younger players to begin to learn how to compete and how to develop a point on the tennis court.
