At Home Workout

Items Needed:
Jump Rope
Ladder
Light Weights (Recommend 3 - 5 lbs)
Yoga Mat is Optional

Workout Routine:
Jump Rope 3 -5 minutes

Circuit A
     Push Ups 3 x 10-15
     Pull Ups 3 x 5 (5 count down)

Circuit B
     2-Way Shoulders 3 x 10 each way
     Side Lunges 3 x 10 each leg

Circuit C
     Curls 3 x 15
     Plank 3 x 30 seconds (not in video)
     Side Planks w/weights 3 x 10 each side

Ladder Drills
     2 in Each Rung
     Icky Shuffle
     Crossover Step
     Backwards Karaoke
     Triples
     1 in 1 out Right leg and Left Leg
Cool it Down

Ladder Drill Tips:
Move your arms like a runner when you are doing this drills
Stay light on your feet
Push Yourself (you need to mess up a little to improve but don't be careless)
