Practices will be held at Jackson Middle School/Champlin Park High school. 
Potentially will be using Daytona Golf Club as an indoor back up.

September Times
Monday - Thursday 4:30-7:30Pm
October Times
Monday - Thursday 4 pm - 7 pm

Pricing:
2x a week: $1268
3x a week: $1700 (10%off)
4x a week: $1700 (same price as 3x a week)

​Can ask for exceptions(less hours or half days) if:
-Age 11 or under
-Varsity Level Multi Sport Athlete
-Live 45+ minutes from Champlin Park HS

​Requirements:
-Print out and Bring Fall tournament schedule on first day
-8 USTA tournaments in a Calendar Year
-2 USTA tournaments during the 8 week session
- 2x a week minimum
​- Must attend 16 full days in 8 week session
​-OTR Year Round Players have first access Fall programming
-Must have the band app for communication

​Payment Policy:

• First half or full payment is due the first day of the group
• Second half of payment is due halfway through the session

REFUND POLICY
Refund policy as follows; full refunds if you cancel further than 2 week in advance. No other refunds given due to number of spots available with court time.

We communicate with parents and or players on the Band app. Please download the app and ask us for an invite!
