Winter 2 at Daytona Golf Club
Dates: January 6th - March 13th (10 weeks)

Requirements:
-Fill out tournament schedule with sign up sheet
-8 USTA tournaments in a Calendar Year
-2 USTA tournaments during the 8 week session
-Everyone must play an L4. May ask for a substitute L5
-6 hour a week minimum at On The Rise group
​-OTR Year Round Players have first access Fall programming
-1-2 hour per week off court training requirement (running/calisthenics) 
-Must have the Band app for communication

Pricing: 
Will send an invoice to your email one week before the session
Mondays 4-7: $750 (16 slots)
Tuesdays 4-7: $750 (16 slots)
Wednesdays 4-7: $750 (16 slots)
Thursdays 4-5:30:  $375 (16 slots)
Thursdays 5:30-7: $375 (8 slots)
Sundays 3-5: $350 (20 slots)

9+ hour a week discount 10% off
12+ hour a week discount 18% off

REFUND POLICY
Refund policy as follows; full refunds if you cancel further than 2 week in advance. No other refunds given due to number of spots available with indoor court time.
